Home visits are reserved for the genuinely house bound or for situations where the Doctor feels that assessment at home is required. These visits are at the Doctors’ discretion. If you feel that a home visit is required, please phone 01766 800 550 before 11.00am.

Alternatively if you need to speak to a Doctor or our Advanced Clinical Practitioner please ring as early as you can so they can return your call as soon as possible during the course of the working day. Our receptionists will only transfer a phone call to the Doctor during clinical session in exceptional urgent circumstances since, as you can appreciate as a patient in the room yourself, constant interruption is frustrating for both patient and doctor and does not lend itself to a successful efficient consultation.
